Ice is fed from the top of Tridev Ice Crusher. It Break Ice between rotating pointed spikes and serrated fix plate. Broken Ice is collected on floor very quickly. Production rate is normally depends on feeding and lifting rate of ice.
Know ICE CRUSHER Design
Pointed spikes are welded equal-spaced around on rotating drum. Drum rotates at slow speed on heavy-duty bearings mounted on machine body. Electric motor drives Drum by belt & pulleys. Machine is mounted on fabricated frame made of c-channels. Machine body is fabricated from MS sheet.
Additional Advantages
Castor wheels are provided bellow TAB-20 for easy movement. TAB30 is design to eliminate time / labor for broken Ice loading in vessel. TAB-30 outlet can set on Vessel to load Ice in vessel directly. Whole Ice slab can be fed in VAC60 to get more production.

Tridev Ice Crusher Or Ice Breaker is for break ice slab into small pieces about 50mm to 10mm. Small piece of ice is require for getting best result of chemical reaction or goods preservation.
